Frequently asked questions about return and warranty guidelines at Tomorrow Sleep.

What is your return policy?

You can return any product within 100 days for a full refund, no matter what shape it’s in. For mattresses, we’ve extended that time to 365 days.

Do you provide a warranty on mattresses?

Yes, your mattress is guaranteed up to 10 YEARS! If you have any issues at all during that time, please just contact our Dream Team and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.

Do I have to return my mattress in the original box?

If the mattress is still in the box, then we’ll take it back that way. If not, don’t worry about it! We’ll send someone out to pick it up as is.

How do I return my mattress?

Just contact our Dream Team and we’ll take it from there. We’ll either send you a return UPS label (if it’s still in the box) or send someone out to pick it up.

What is the warranty on your accessories?

We want to be sure that you are getting the best sleep possible, and therefore we offer a 100 day guarantee on every Tomorrow Sleep accessory. If you decide during the trial period that you’d like to set up a return, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

In addition to our 100 day satisfaction guarantee, all Tomorrow Sleep accessories are covered by a 3 year warranty. One less thing to lose sleep over!

What is the return policy on the Adjustable Bed?

As with all products from Tomorrow Sleep, you can return our adjustable bases for any reason for up to 100 days! In most cases, we can even send a team to retrieve the base at a time when it is convenient for you. Just reach out to us at ts@tuftandneedle.com to set up a return.

What is the warranty on the Adjustable Bed?

The Tomorrow Sleep Adjustable Bed comes with a 3 Year limited warranty. Three (3) Year Basic Limited Warranty: Full One (1) Year Warranty for all parts and labor, including electrical components, drive motors, power supply, and factory supplied electronics and 2 Year Limited Warranty thereafter. For full details, please refer to warranty section on Owners Manual.

How long do I have to request a refund?

Any product can be returned for up to 100 days after purchase, and mattresses can be returned for up to 365 days after purchase. That said, we ask that you first try breaking in our mattress for 30 days before requesting a return.

Can I receive a refund for the White Glove delivery service?

As White Glove delivery service is provided by a partner of ours, we can not refund the service fee once your order has been placed. That said, if you need to change the date of your delivery, or the service being performed on your order (such as adding mattress removal), just reach out to us at ts@tuftandneedle.com so we can make those changes.

Full Return and Cancellation Details

ORDER RETURNS

You may return any product purchased from Tomorrow within the first 100 days after receipt (365 days for mattresses), for a full refund, subject to the conditions described below:

  • Promotional Pricing:  If you purchased a product with a coupon code or other offer, the dollar value of any promotional discount will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. For example, if the product total of your order is $1000 and you take advantage a $100 discount, your order total is $900. If all products from the order are returned, the purchase price of $900 will be refunded, not $1000.
  • Un-opened Mattress: If you change your mind about your Tomorrow product before you take it out of its original packaging, contact us at ts@tuftandneedle.com for return merchandise authorization. Upon authorization, you will be sent a complimentary UPS return shipping label via email.You can then either drop your package off at a UPS location or directly arrange a time for UPS to pick it up. You will receive a full refund within 10 days of our receipt of the returned product

  • Opened Mattress: We are confident that you will love your Tomorrow mattress. We understand that this purchase is an investment, and we want you to be certain that Tomorrow is the best mattress for you. We encourage you to sleep on your mattress for at least 30 days before you make your final decision to return it. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied between 31 and 365 days following delivery, contact us at ts@tuftandneedle.com for return merchandise authorization. Upon authorization, we will arrange either an exchange for a different model or return your mattress for a full refund. If you decide to return your order, we will arrange a time for the pick-up of your mattress.  We will issue a full credit to your original method of payment, or terminate your financing contract (and any payments made will be refunded in full to you) within 5 business days of the pickup date.

  • Pillow, Sheets, Curtains, and any other Accessories: If you want to return any other non-mattress products within the first 100 days after delivery, please e-mail us at ts@tuftandneedle.com for return merchandise authorization. Upon authorization, you will receive an email containing a complimentary UPS return shipping label. Please place the items that you would like to return in the box, affix the shipping label, and drop off the box at your nearest UPS location. All returns must be arrive to UPS within the 100-day trial period.

Return Conditions:

  • 100 and 365 day trial returns are limited to one trial per product category per household (determined by customer name, shipping address, and/or billing addresses). For example, if a customer purchases and returns a mattress, their next mattress purchase is final sale not eligible for return.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Orders placed with Tomorrow Sleep are processed for shipment as quickly as possible. To cancel or modify an order any time prior to shipment, please contact us at ts@tuftandneedle.com as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a Product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned.

Full Warranty Details

COVERAGE

Your new Tomorrow mattress used with proper support is protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Tomorrow mattress including faults in materials or manufacturing defects. Replacement of one piece due to manufacturing defect does not automatically result in the replacement of any other piece. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to and excludes:
  • Consumer firmness/comfort preference.
  • Normal changes in softness or recovery time of high density foams, including memory foam, due to normal use, temperature, or humidity.
  • Normal body impression(s) of 1.5″ or less.
  • Consumer bed height/weight preference.
  • Cover (fabric).
  • Burns, cuts or tears.
  • Vermin infestations.
  • Mattresses displaying stains or soil that reasonably indicates the presence of potentially dangerous bodily fluids, blood borne pathogens or other substances that could cause injury.
  • Mattresses used with an inadequate foundation and/or support system.
  • Claims made outside the contiguous United States.
  • Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of product.
TERM
The warranty coverage runs 10 years from the original date of purchase. Replacement of the mattress does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.
The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty. (Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.) Tomorrow Sleep shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Tomorrow product. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.) No expressed or implied warranties are extended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than Tomorrow Sleep, and all warranties to such persons, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby excluded.

Your rights under State Law

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from Tomorrow Sleep.
